This children's non-profit has a clear mission: to protect the most vulnerable children and orphans from abandonment, poverty and human trafficking. They have a wide set of programs to provide holistic solutions, like:

Challenges
There were two primary challenges:
- To grow and optimize the Google Ads account, including handling keyword overlap and broad match bidding, which was triggering the wrong ads.
- Recently, Google Ad Grants implemented new more stringent compliance standards, so any excessive broad keyword bidding would need to be adjusted.
The Solution
Our main priority was to get the account reactivated, create new Google ad campaigns to drive more clicks and conversions. We implemented extra tracking in Google Analytics to monitor conversions and drive volunteer enquiries, sponsorships, donations, and other specific types of engagement. This drove sponsorship program sign-ups, raised the profile of the organization and built brand awareness.
The Results
Our working relationship with this the non-profit helped them to utilise their 'free' Google Ads marketing budget to the maximum. The initial campaign rebuild pushed ad spend to $9,000 per month within a 3 month period. This resulted in an increase in conversions by 14% year on year.
