About
This children's educational organisation provides mental health awareness programs, so teachers, and families can empower teens to learn in a safe environment, without any social stigma. Depression and suicide has been a growing problem amongst teens, and even more so since the onset of the global pandemic.
The Challenges
They were already using a Google Grants for PPC advertising, but had under-performance issues and were looking to maximise its potential.
The Solution
We partnered with them to utilise the Google Ad Grant to its full potential. First on the list was restructuring the Google ad account into Campaigns and Ad Groups with specific topics which mirrored their website's structure. We then made sure that all conversions were tracked in Google Analytics.
We continually optimised their ads, choosing the most relevant keywords with good Quality Scores. After monitoring and tweaking, ads now performed well with good positions, ensuring the most valuable search queries were always targeted. This allowed the organisation to engage with its key audience, as they primarily use Google when researching for information about children's mental health as well as potential treatment.
The Results
Since the start of the campaign, we have seen an extra 5,600 people each month visiting the site through Google ads. What's more encouraging is these are high intent visitors, who are ready to take the next step, downloading resources, donating and subscribing to the email newsletter. There have over 400 downloads of online resources like the Teacher Handbook as a direct result of Google ads.
